Newborn – infant – the precious, but short time period.
A baby is called a newborn for the first 28 days of their life. In this time he or she is going to change so much you would never believe this is even possible. In our busy everyday life it’s so easy to forget to take photos of this stage of their life. You might be feeling tired and overwhelmed with your new baby and sometimes taking photos is the last thing on your mind. This is completely natural, but it doesn’t mean it has to be this way.
All you have to do is get in touch with me and show up for the planned photo shoot. You can bring you partner or a friend along. Once you arrive, you can make yourself comfortable in my sitting area with a cup of tea or coffee, snacks and a good music in the background. I’ll take care of everything. You can take this time to relax and watch me create those beautiful memories for you. Of course you can get involved in the shoot if you want. Parent and sibling poses are included in a Newborn Session and I would strongly recommend taking this opportunity to have your first family picture taken.
The booking process.
Booking with me is very simple, you can either get in touch at email@example.com or fill in the online booking form: https://jm-photography.co.uk/booking/index.html I’d recommend having your newborn session between 6-14 days after birth, but if your baby is 3 or 4 weeks old, it’s still alright. This just means they might not sleep as well as a newborn baby does and might not curl up that easily any more. I can assure you, though, we can still take beautiful images of your baby!
Because in most cases it is impossible to predict the day your baby will be born, we will use your due date as a guideline. I will than make sure I have a few appointments available around this time period. Once your baby arrives, you will send me a quick email with the most suitable date for your newborn session. That’s pretty much it! Simple, isn’t it? If you have any questions, feel free to ask! https://jm-photography.co.uk/contact-2.html
